The RCKARA has been approached by the Kansas State Fair to setup a commemorative special event station for Thursday, September 11th. 2003. We will have an HF special event station and 2-meter station, a display of QSL cards and amateur radio equipment (old and new). Since this is being done at the Kansas State Fair, we

QSL buro adds “Q” The Zero Bureau has asked us about
picking up a 2nd letter to sort, and our group has decided to take
on suffixes beginning in “Q”. This is a relatively small letter apparently with
only a couple big users, so the work load shouldn’t increase much. Transfer of
the letter will occur at the next opportunity to make an in-person tradeoff of
the supplies.
