Customer Support/Billing is open from 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday, and closed on the weekend (Technical Support is still open 24/7).
Here are a few things to remember when making payments:
Payments are to be made via check, money order, credit card, or cash to Carroll's Web Internet.
Please include your customer Identification Number on each check or payment you make.
Returned checks or invalid credit card accounts will be charged a $30 service charge. Auto Bank draft accounts will be charged a $15 service charge.

If you need to cancel, here a few tips and items to take note of:
If a customer no longer wants to receive Internet services through Carroll's Web, they must cancel their service.
Customers can not cancel via a phone call. This is more for your protection than anything. This will guard you from someone else canceling your account.
Cancellations must be in writing. Customers wishing to cancel may complete the Cancel Service Request Form, or send us a fax: (785) 823-1147, or send a letter of cancellation to :Carroll's Web - P.O. Box 2060 - Salina, Ks - 67402
Charges to your Internet account will continue to accrue regardless of use or non use of the internet account until a cancellation notice is received.

Here are the polocies on refunds:
Refunds are not given on monthly accounts where the user was able to access the Internet.
Refunds can take 4-6 weeks for processing.
Cancellations on a package plan will result in a charge of $19.95 per month that access was granted.
There are no refunds for added cost features. (example. extra e-mail's, dial-in's, or web space)
Refunds are not granted on a prorated basis.
Refunds are calculated on a months remaining basis.
Refunds are not issued to customers who experience personal computer problems (example. computer failure, modem failure, hardware failure).
