 Setting Up Netscape 7
To setup Netscape to check your Carroll's Web e-mail, follow the steps below.
Step 1
Open Netscape Mail. Click on Edit and select Mail & Newsgroups Account Settings... from the list of options.
Step 2
A new window will appear. Click the Add Account button in the lower-left portion of the screen.
Step 3
A wizard will start. Select Email account from the list of account types and click Next.
Step 4
The next screen will prompt you for Your Name and e-mail address. Enter your name as you would like it displayed when others receive e-mail from you. Then enter your Carroll's Web e-mail address in the textbox as shown below, and click the Next button.
Step 5
The next screen will prompt you for your e-mail server settings. Set the first selection to POP3. Click where it says "CLICK HERE TO FIND" to find what you should enter for the Incoming and Outgoing mail server. After entering this information, click Next.
Step 6
The next screen will prompt you for your username. Enter the username that Carroll's Web has provided you. After entering this information, click Next.
Step 7
The next screen will prompt you for a name for this account. Enter Carroll's Web as shown below and click Next.
Step 8
The last screen will inform you that the wizard has completed and you may begin to use your e-mail account. Click the Finish button to close this screen, and the OK button on the remaining window.
