General Info

I accept orders via e-mail, phone, fax, or mail. I accept reservations, but can only hold items for 10 days. Please list alternates whenever possible.

Returns

All titles, both new and collectable ones, are guaranteed against defects. Gradings for collectable titles are (obviously) subjective; please bear this in mind when ordering. I do ask that you contact me within 7 days after receiving a defective title. Of course, I cannot guarantee that you will like a particular record, and can't accept returns for that reason. When in doubt, please do your homework before ordering that title.

Postage

U.S. Customers	4TH CLASS postage & insurance (any size order) is $3.75. 1ST CLASS postage & insurance is $4.75 for the first item. Each additional LP/CD is 50¢; each additional 7" single is 25¢.
Canadian Customers	Postage & insurance is $7.00 for the first item. Each additional LP/CD is 50¢; each additional 7" single is 25¢.
Foreign Customers	I can send insured packages via air or sea; small packages may be sent "air small packet" (no insurance). Contact me for the costs.

Payment

Checks	Checks are fine but the orders are held until the check clears; money orders usually go out the next day.
Cash	Cash is good.
